Retuns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS AN ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN, CRACKED, OR DEFECTIVE.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will request that you send us the item back to and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.
If you wish to Cancel your order, there will be a 20% additional restocking fee on the total of your order.
In order to avoid confusion, please contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.
